Serif Lover

Remember the words I said last week? Huh~~ you don’t need to wait another 11 days before the next theme. And now it is – a fluid width three column theme named “Serif Lover”.

I’ve been thinking of making a minimalist theme for so long, but never really make a move. This theme is my first attempt in this area – although not as that minimal as you thought, right? I love the feeling of traditional presswork, so I use all serif fonts (Georgia in normal condition and Times New Roman as substitute) in this theme to bring it a special sense of printed matter. I made a little change of my coding habit as well, especially characters encoding. So now this theme performs very well in W3C’s XHTML and CSS validation, without wiping off any special features in my last themes.

According to these features described above, it’s quite suitable for professional copy writers from my perspective. There are also other advantages by using this theme on your blog. Hope you like it.

By the way, I’m very glad if you can give me some inspirations. You may also request a theme in a certain subject.
